I can’t wait to welcome you to Soil & Soul.

I attended Natasha’s retreat in Truckee and it was so amazing to feel true connection with God and each other. Natasha created a flow that was not restrictive but guided by our reflections, sharing cooking and meals and movement and prayer in a way that fostered vulnerable sharing and open hearts. Can’t recommend the experience enough. In a world that wants to drag us down, these retreats bring us back to His work in our lives and the beauty and grace that is so present when we come together in his name. Thank you Natasha!
Prior to the weekend at the Soil & Soul Retreat in Truckee that Natasha so beautifully put on, I didn’t believe that sisterhood like this was possible. Not only did I discover that it very much is possible, but I left with a heart so full and rich that it has spilt over into every area of my life since. Each one of us showed up authentically and vulnerably, not once feeling greater than or less than. We quickly discovered the commonalities and shared struggles that we often carry in silence and shame and offered them to each other and God. No stone was left unturned. We boldly prayed out loud over each other, confessed our deepest and darkest sins without fear of judgment and asked God for what our hearts desired most. We laughed and we cried. We sang songs of worship that cut through any walls of our hearts and left us feeling raw and inspired. We nourished our bodies, deeply. We remembered the sacred in simplicity. We learned new skills and tools to carry forth into our homes. We tried new things, scary things. We moved our bodies in a way that felt aligned and fun. We held the space for each other and worked together without any force. We healed in ways that is only possible with God.
You may also find yourself in a season of doubt, of fear, of attack that is deceiving you from saying yes to the call but please trust me when I say that you are not too broken, too sick, too broke, or too unworthy of what is waiting for you in this space. I walked into the weekend unsure I’d even have the strength or ability to participate due to being so sick and depleted from an autoimmune flare, but I walked away two short days later in remission. I experienced my own little miracle that I pray every woman can experience.
If God is calling you to attend, listen. I promise you will not regret it.
God just blows me away. Watching Natasha fall in love with Him from afar, and then seeing it in person stopped me in my tracks … it was such a beautiful reflection of God’s love.
I’ve been to other retreats before… and don’t get me wrong, they were good! But this one just hit different. The food (oh my gosh, the food), the conversations, the way everything pointed back to simplicity … surrendering and remembering what really matters. Family. Marriage. Leading our homes and raising our kids. Moving our bodies. Nourishing ourselves.
Whether you’re brand new to faith or have been walking with Jesus for years, this retreat is something special. The women, the laughter, the meals, the house, the location… every detail felt like God showing off a little.
The fire that was Shasta will stay in my heart forever. The women, the rituals, the adventure, the food, the movement, the vulnerability, the connections, the laughter, the friends, and the tears…were all nothing short of amazing. Natasha and the facilitators intentionally and beautifully planned the weekend, while also letting everything BE and flow the way it needed to. It was an experience I feel really grateful to have been a part of, and it left a permanent indent on my soul.
When I stumbled upon Natasha’s offering of the Wild Women’s Ritual Retreat, I was intuitively drawn into the idea. It was a truly unprecedented and profound experience that I have difficulty encapsulating into words. So I will say this. If you’re like me, and find yourself here, pondering “should I or shouldn’t I?” Then, the notion has already provoked a sense of curiosity and is most likely the “F*ck Yes!” your soul has been searching for. So I encourage you to take the leap, open your heart, and lean in to the magic.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What makes your products different from other wellness brands?
Our blends are crafted with intention — from slow-simmered bone broths to adaptogen-rich powders — using only high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients. Each product is designed to support your daily rituals, helping you feel grounded, energized, and nourished from the inside out.
How do I incorporate these products into my daily routine?
Think of our products as simple upgrades to what you’re already doing. Sip a warm cup of bone broth in place of your afternoon coffee, blend adaptogens into your morning smoothie, or stir superfood powders into your favorite recipes. Small, consistent rituals create lasting wellness.
Are your products suitable for specific dietary lifestyles?
Yes! Many of our products are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and paleo-friendly. We also offer plant-based options for those who prefer vegan or vegetarian lifestyles. You’ll find clear labels and ingredient lists on every product page so you can choose what best supports your body.
Can I use multiple products together?
Absolutely. Our products are designed to complement one another. For example, you might start your day with a superfood blend, enjoy bone broth as a nourishing midday reset, and wind down with an adaptogen-rich evening ritual. Layering them helps create a holistic approach to wellness.
How long will it take to feel the benefits?
Everyone’s body is unique, but many people notice a difference in energy, digestion, and overall well-being within the first few weeks. The key is consistency — just like any healthy habit, the more regularly you incorporate these rituals, the more lasting the benefits.
