Favorite popsicle growing up? You guessed it. I love the flavor mix up with refreshing orange and deliciously creamy vanilla. Trouble is it’s just usually not made in the healthiest of ways. So I made this for us to enjoy! Coconut base with orange, honey and vanilla mixed in to create that nostalgic flavor. This one is awesome to add to smoothies because of its iconic flavor and healthy fats - then of course we added to superfoods to take it to the next level.
Orange Dreamsicle is all about creating that calm and centered feeling with not only it’s flavor but with its boost from ashwagandha, pearl powder and bee pollen. Ashwagandha is a long used herb in Ayurveda and is known to help with cortisol levels in the body quickly and is good for long term use as well. Pearl powder is epic for its support in connective tissue and bones thanks to its bio available calcium, and has also been shown to alleviate depression, anxiety and help with sleep disorders. Yes, thank you. Bee pollen is such a nutritional powerhouse it’s hard to know how to highlight it best - suffice it to say it’s incredibly beneficial for the immune system, energy production in the body and keeping the body and mind in a sweet state of chill.
