Ingredients vary slightly each week and we often incorporate mushrooms from local farm Foggy Dew Mushroom as well as pork bones from local farmer Golden Acorn Farms.
Base ingredients:
BONES- 100% certified regenerative grass fed beef bones, 100% certified regenerative pork bones, organic pastured chicken backs, feet and necks
PRODUCE- organic leeks or onions, organic carrots, organic mushrooms (chaga, maitake, reishi and others from Foggy Dew), organic turmeric, organic ginger, organic peppercorns, organic herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano)
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR - raw and organic, usually our Wild Cider is used

Tuesday - Roseville Farmers Market at The Fountains in Whole Foods parking lot. Market time 8:30am-1pm.
Saturday - Midtown Farmers Market in Sacramento at K & 20th. Market time 9am-1pm.
Sunday - Fowler Farmers Market in Lincoln at Fowler Ranch off 193 & Sierra College Blvd intersection. Market time 9am-1pm.
Wednesday - Friday - Auburn Bodega pick up available during their business hours 9:30am-6pm.
