We took our Chicken Umami Bone Broth, loaded it with ground chicken breast, mushrooms, carrots and cassava orzo, then freeze-dried the whole thing into a lightweight meal you can take just about anywhere.

This isn’t the sad, salty backpacking food you eat because you have to. It’s a warm, savory, protein-packed bowl made from the same kind of ingredients we use every day in the Wild Feather kitchen.

Our rich Chicken Umami broth brings the foundation, shiitake + oyster mushrooms add deep savory flavor, cassava orzo makes it hearty, and a full serving delivers 48 grams of protein and 555 calories to actually fuel you when you’re out doing things.

Made for backpacking, camping, hunting, long trail days, road trips and anywhere else hauling a refrigerator isn’t exactly an option.

Just add boiling water directly to the pouch, seal it up, wait 7–10 minutes and eat.

TO PREPARE
Remove the oxygen absorber. Add 12 oz boiling water, mix well, seal the pouch and let sit for 7–10 minutes. Stir again and dig in.
